I grew up in Baton Rouge Louisiana around a family known for cooking all types of Creole Cajun Foods. Good ole Soul Food was cooked on Sundays and you could always smell the food from a block away. At the age of 14, my mother bought me a large cooking pot with a propane burner and told me I had been appointed the official crawfish boiler for the whole family. I took on this challenge with pride and have developed a true love for perfecting some of the best Creole Cajun food taste and flavor.
